I, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to look into the matter and pass necessary orders so that these reference books are purchased immediately.

I, on behalf of all the students of your college, would like to bring your kind attention to the fact that although we have library facility, we do not have sufficient books in our library. So, to meet the growing demand of the students, it is obviously necessary to take proper steps to buy some more books for our college library.
