Sir/Madam,

We, the students of your college, would like to inform you that we want to go for a picnic on 31st of this month. We have decided to go to Cox’s Bazar for this purpose. We want to stay there for three days. Some of our teachers will also go with us. Our English teacher will guide us. We have already collected a handsome fund for this purpose. Now, we need your permission. 

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on a picnic and oblige thereby.
