Future Perfect Tense
পুরাঘটিত ভবিষ্যত কাল
ভবিষ্যতে কোনো একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে কোন একটি কাজ হয়ে থাকবে অথবা একটি
কাজের পূর্বে অন্য একটি কাজ সম্পন্ন হবে বুঝালে যে কাজটি অপেক্ষাকৃত পূর্বে হবে
তার Future Perfect Tense হয়।
অর্থাৎ, ভবিষ্যতে কোন একটি কাজ শেষ হবার পূর্বে অপর একটি কাজ শেষ হওয়া বুঝালে,
পূর্বে যে কাজটি সম্পন্ন হবে বলে ধারণা করা হয় সেটি Future Perfect Tense এবং পরে
যে কাজটি সম্পন্ন হবে বলে ধারণা করা হয় সেটি Present Indefinite Tense
হয়।
বাংলায় চেনার উপায় : বাংলা ক্রিয়ার শেষে করিয়া থাকিব, ক'রে থাকিব, ক'রে
থাকব, করিয়া থাকিবে, ক'রে থাকবে, করিয়া থাকিবেন, ক'রে থাকবেন, করিয়া থাকিবি, ক'রে
থাকিবি চিহ্ন যোগ থাকে।
উদাহরণ—
সে বিকাল পাঁচটার আগে বইটি পড়ে (থাকবে) ফেলবে।
I shall have finished the work by / before 5 p.m.
Future Perfect Tense এর গঠন প্রণালী
Affirmative :
Subject + shall have / will have + মূল Verb এর Past Participle +
Extension.
উদাহরণ—
সে তোমাকে সাহায্য করে থাকবে।
He will have helped you.
তোমরা শেরে বাংলার নাম শুনে থাকবে।
You will have heard the name of Sher - e - Bangla.
প্রধান শিক্ষক এখানে এসে থাকবেন।
The Headmaster will have come here.
বৃষ্টি আসার পূর্বে তোমরা বাড়ি পৌঁছিবে।
You will have reached home before it rains.
সন্ধ্যা নাগাদ তারা বাড়িতে পৌঁছে গিয়ে থাকবে।
They will have reached home before evening.
তার আসার আগে আমি অংকটি করে ফেলব।
I shall have done the sum before he comes.
Negative :
Subject + shall not have / will not have + মূল Verb এর Past Participle +
Extension.
উদাহরণ —
সে তোমাকে সাহায্য না করে থাকবে।
He will not have helped you.
তোমরা শেরে বাংলার নাম না শুনে থাকবে।
You will not have heard the name of Sher - e - Bangla.
প্রধান শিক্ষক এখানে এসে থাকবেন না।
The Headmaster will not have come here.
বৃষ্টি আসার পূর্বে তোমরা বাড়ি পৌঁছিবে না।
You will not have reached home before it rains.
সন্ধ্যা নাগাদ তারা বাড়িতে পৌঁছাতে পারবে না।
They will not have reached home before evening.
তার আসার আগে আমি অংকটি করে ফেলব না।
I shall not have done the sum before he comes.
Interrogative :
Shall / Will + Subject + have + মূল Verb এর Past Participle + Extension +
Interrogative sign (?)
উদাহরণ —
সে কি তোমাকে সাহায্য করে থাকবে?
Will he have helped you?
তোমরা বুঝি শেরে বাংলার নাম শুনে থাকবে?
Will you have heard the name of Sher - e - Bangla?
প্রধান শিক্ষক কি এখানে এসে থাকবেন?
Will the headmaster have come here?
বৃষ্টি আসার পূর্বে তোমরা কি বাড়ি পৌঁছিবে?
Will you have reached home before it rains?
সন্ধ্যা নাগাদ তারা কি বাড়িতে পৌঁছাতে পারবে?
Will they have reached home before evening?
তার আসার আগে আমি কি অংকটি করে ফেলব?
Shall I have done the sum before he comes?
Future Perfect Tense এর ব্যবহার
(১) ভবিষ্যতে কোন কাজ সংঘটিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বুঝাতে Future Perfect Tense
ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন—
I shall have received a letter from my friend.
He will have got some money from his father.
Kamal will have managed to get money.
(২) ভবিষ্যতে কোন নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে কোন কাজ শেষ হবে এরূপ প্রত্যাশা বুঝাতে
Future Perfect Tense ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন—
I shall have gone to Dhaka tomorrow.
He will have finished his lesson very soon.
(৩) অতীতকালে Verb এর কাজ সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকবে এরূপ অনুমান বুঝাতে Future
Perfect Tense ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন—
তোমরা হয়তো রাজা দাহিরের নাম শুনে থাকবে।
You will have heard the name of King Dahir.
[ বিঃদ্রঃ কিন্তু ‘হয়তো’ শব্দটার স্পষ্ট উল্লেখ থাকলেই Future Perfect Tense হয়
না। ] যেমন—
তোমরা হয়তো রাজা দাহিরের নাম শুনে থাকবে।
You may / might have heard the name of King Dahir.
ভবিষ্যত কালের দুটি কাজের ভেতর যে কাজটি অপেক্ষাকৃত পূর্বে শেষ হয়ে থাকবে বুঝায়
সেটি Future Perfect Tense এবং বাকীটি Present Indefinite / Future Indefinite
হবে। যেমন—
তার আসার আগে আমি অংকটি করে ফেলব।
I shall have done the sum before he (will come) comes.
আমাদের কাজ শেষ হবার পূর্বে মা রান্না শেষ করে থাকবে।
Mother will have cooked rice before we finish (will finish) our
work.
সে আসার আগে আমি কাজটি শেষ করিয়া থাকিব।
I shall have finished the work before he comes / he will come.
(৫) সময় নির্দেশক শব্দ যেমন— by, b then, by that time, by the 10th etc
দ্বারা Future Perfect Tense প্রকাশ করা হয়। যেমন—
By the end of the next week he will have been in London for five years.
