The Fox
A fox looks like a small-to-medium-sized, bushy-tailed dog. Foxes can be found all over the world. In Bangladesh, foxes are found in jungles everywhere. Foxes usually live in burrows. They sometimes make their homes in hollow stumps of trees or in the narrow openings of rocks. Most foxes hide by day and hunt by night. Foxes feed on birds and small animals like rabbits. Occasionally they eat frogs, mice, fish, insects, and dead animals. They also eat berries and other fruits, worms and beetles and eggs. In fact, foxes will eat almost anything they can find. The red fox is a popular symbol of animal cunning. They are the subject of many stories.
