Suppose, you are Ahmed and your younger brother Ali. He is serious in his
studies, but is not interested in games and sports.
Now, write a letter telling him about the importance of games and
sports.

My dear Ali,
Your letter is just to hand. I am sorry to learn that you are suffering from
indigestion. I would advise you to consult a physician and take medicine to
come round. Today I like to write to you about a very important thing.
I have always found you serious about your studies. So far so good. But you
know, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." In fact, life becomes dull
without games and sports. They are part and parcel of our education also and
are described as co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. They teach us
discipline and give us pleasure and recreation. But most importantly, they
keep us in good health. Physical labour must go hand in hand with mental
labour for maintaining good health. Your neglect of physical labour is the
cause of your indigestion.
It is advisable for you to go to the playground in the afternoon with your
friends and take part in games and sports. Games and sports also uphold the
dignity of a nation as you find while you watch and start doing accordingly to
keep a healthy mind in a healthy body.
With profound love and affection.
Your elder brother,
Ahmed
