Dear Rubaiya,
Hope you’re fine. I’m fine too. I’ve just received your letter in which you
wanted to know how to wash our hands properly. I’m now writing about this.
You know COVID-19 has no remedy and so, the best way to prevent the disease is
to follow the rules of hygiene strictly. One of the ways of the spread of
coronavirus is our hand containing the virus. The corona-virus may sit on the
surface of an object. When you touch that object the virus can transmit to
your hand. Later on, if you touch your face with that hand, The virus will get
into your body, and you’ll get the disease. So, to avoid this kind of
infection, you have to wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds. You must
not simply rub your hands palm to palm and then rinse your hands with water.
You need to scrub your hands thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds and
clean your fingernails and in between fingers too. And then rinse your hands
with running clean water. Use hand-sanitizer if soap and water are not
available.
No more today. I hope you’ll find the instructions useful and follow them
accordingly. Stay home, stay safe.
Yours ever,
Jessica
