Dear Shamima,
I have come to know that you are weak in English. You have requested me to suggest you how to learn English correctly and properly. I’m giving you some suggestions. In order to have a good command over English, you shall have to learn the rules of grammar and to enrich your vocabulary. Grammar will help you to write correctly and rich vocabulary will help you to use the correct word at the proper place. Then you have to practice speaking. Without practicing you cannot be fluent in speaking.

You have to write a few pages in English everyday. This will enhance you writing skill. To develop your listening skill you must listen to radio and watch T.V. Last of all, you have to read English books, newspapers, magazines, etc. which will lead a long way to learning English.
